Full service from A-Z including the following stages: Systematic Due diligence, rules and documentation, preparation of program and approval thereof with the Customer, preparation of initial design and submittal of request for Building Permit, detailed design, site development, management of negotiation and submittal with the various suppliers, management of materials, procurement, reception and quality check of materials, Storage and lifting for the various Subcontractors, Management of Construction and Administration on site, routine operations management and supervision of works according to the Safety rules and regulations. Management of the Budget while displaying all the details in full transparency to the customer.
